Fix common issues with docs, MCP setup, and note access

MCP tools don’t show up in Claude Desktop
- Confirm your config file path:
~/Library/Application Support/Claude/claude_desktop_config.json - Make sure the JSON is valid (no trailing commas).
- Restart Claude Desktop.
- Re-check the MCP command path:
/Applications/TieBase.app/Contents/Resources/mcp
“Command not found” / “Permission denied”
- Ensure the path is correct and the file exists.
- If you installed TieBase somewhere else, copy the path from the TieBase tray icon.
No search results
- Confirm you actually have notes saved in TieBase.
- Try a simpler keyword.
- Try listing tags first, then searching within a tag.
